General notice and conditions of residence:

In the rental price is included bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, electricity and gas.
Bed rates for occupancy under 3 days increased by 50% (or by arrangement)
Terms of payment: payment on arrival or by arrangement
Method of payment: in cash in EUR
Reservation fee: 30% of the total expected rental
Terms of reservation: reservation is completed by paying a reservation fee
You can move into the apartment from 2 PM on arrival and leave it until 10 AM on departure.
The apartment has to be left clean or the cleaning is payed.
